This site was set up to contribute to the promotion of the Greek truffle and its distribution to the Greek and European space.
   The particularities of this type of mushroom, force us to begin this effort with a simple, but effective - for the time being - way. The evolutions, that are rapid in the truffle cultivation in Greece and generally in the market of fresh truffles, obviously will soon lead us to improve the site, always taking into account the evolving conditions.
   The production quality of Greek truffle is -generally speaking- excellent.
   The ancient testimonies of the Roman era, which said that the Greek truffle was considered to be the best in the world, are confirmed today. The soils that once enriched the flavour and the taste of the fruit of the specific mushroom, continue
to do it even today.
